what do you specifically want to do at uni/in an apprenticeship? Actuarial science or computer science/data science/software engineering? The question wasn't particularly clear.

In either case, you would only need maths; the other A Levels are optional. Further maths might help you in some areas, but it's not as necessary as maths.

Should you decide to go on a tangent and decide to do economics, maths and further maths would help.

Do note, economics and computer science are not required subjects (you don't even need them to study them at degree level). Only do these courses if you can get high grades in them.

You would have problems getting on courses for physics and any type of engineering though because you don't have a science. On the other hand, if you wanted to go into these areas, you would have picked the appropriate science to begin with.
