pasta recipe

Just made this and it was so good, so thought I’d share

Ingredients:
red pepper
onion
3-4 big tomatoes
garlic powder
salt
pepper
vegetable stock (optional)
pasta
1-2 sausages (or whatever meat you prefer)

Method:
boil a pot of water
add tomatoes and boil for 10 - 15 minutes
while they boil, finely chop half an onion and a red pepper
add to frying pan and cook on low heat until onions become translucent
slice sausages into even chunks and add to pan
after 10 - 15 minutes, remove tomatoes and add to a bowl of cold water to cool
add pasta to the same pot you just boiled your tomatoes in and let it cook
when tomatoes have cooled, remove skin and cut into small chunks (you can eat the tomato skin instead of throwing it away  )
add tomatoes, vegetable stock and water to pan and let simmer (the more water you add, the thinner your pasta sauce will be)
when everything is cooked, add to a bowl and enjoy

sounds tasty!
Not my taste. Sausages added to tomatoes, onions and red peppers don't fit in my opinion.
