Quick question about research studies

**This is just a in-house research study at college**
I'm doing a dog-based research study but biological replicas have been a bit of an issue. Some dog breeds I have 10+ participants whereas other breeds I have less than 10. Therefore, breeds with 10 or more participants are going to be the main focus of the study.
I'm looking at reactivity in breeds so if I have more of one breed and less of another, it's going to give unrealistic findings.
For the purpose of producing graphs, should I level the number of dogs per breed to 10, or should I keep the original numbers? ... or would you just average everything?
