do i need to know mitosis for gcse aqa higher combined biology paper 2?

do i need to know abt mitosis for bio paper 2 cause i need meiosis

Mitosis is on the paper 1 specification however it still could come up in paper 2. For example, a few years ago there was a question asking the differences between mitosis and meiosis. All of biology paper 1 knowledge can be questioned in paper 2, although of course there will be a heavy focus on paper 2 content.
