Why are people so inconsiderate these days
My neighbour blared his music out everyday, why can’t he wear headphones? I was on a bus the other day and this person was watching a video without headphones. Sorry rant over
Some people are like that. Maybe your neighbour didn't realise how loud the music is. Have you told him about it?
