A-Level Business - help!

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well and best of luck come results for your exams!

I had just sat AQA A-Level Business Paper 3, however, I have come to realise that on the 20-marker, I barely used any qualitative information - I am sure there are some qualitative facts in there, but I have no distinct recollection of any I specifically used.

I know that the question demands for you to use both, so how does not using/having a small amount of qualitative information affect my mark?
