Quiet a few times my biology teacher has called me by a guys name who is also in my class he sits really far away from me and i dont even look like him im a girl its just really annoying and makes me feel ugly

Thats off. If you tell him privately at the start of class it should sort itself out. If not speak up and correct him when he does it in front of the class. Hopefully the class will laugh and that mortifying feeling will be put on them and should be enough for them to remember and self correct. Olders teachers memory isn't so hot for the hundreds of names they have to learn each year but it makes you worry what report they will be reading from at parents evening.
