What do you do if someone is constantly spreading rumours about you being a bad person, and talking nonsense behind your back as a 15 year old girl in Year 10? It is affecting my mental health severely, and I do not know if I should directly tell them to be quiet or just leave it alone. I feel miserable.

I’m sorry you’re having to go through this. This happened to someone at my school. I would report it to a head of year.
