Biomedical Science Graduate - What next

I graduated with a BSc in biomed last summer and have been trying to look for roles within a lab since. I've filled out hundreds of job applications, volunteer applications and emailed numerous people trying to get my foot in the door. I've been applying to a range of roles within the science and healthcare sector but most never get back to me. I was invited for an interview for a MLA role a few months back and was completely ghosted by the hiring team after. I really have no idea what to do next and my entire family is stressing me out about not working and that I should give up and pick something else or do a masters but I have no clue what I would do the masters in. This whole situation has affected my mental health immensely and I feel completely lost.

I need some help/advice please
