How long to be unemployed

How's everyone today ? So I've just finished a 30 month apprenticeship of which I mostly hated the whole time I was there. I feel so relieved and the intense deep burnout is finally over. I do have good savings but I want to start up a small business within the next 6 months ( ideally) but I want to also have time off from working to take a breath after being trapped in a contract I didn't want to be in for so long. How long would u say is a good amount of time to detach from the working life? As I said money isn't too much of a concern for me right now but I don't want to get lazy but equally not give myself enough time to recover from the time I've spent overworked.

Congrats on finishing the apprenticeships! Take a gap year! Learn something new or travel! You can teach English at different countries if you don't have money to travel
