UCD vs Bayes (Formerly Cass) (Quant vs Energy)

I am currently holding some MSc offers from Bath, Trinity college dublin, UCD, and Bayes Business school.
I meant to go Bath - Finance with risk management,
but after I got offers from TCD - Financial Risk Management
UCD - Quantitative Finance
And Bayes(Cass) Business school - Energy, Trade and Finance
Applied Edinburgh - Financial Modelling as well, but didn't get response yet

I am keen to study Quant, and I know it is appreciated a lot these days, but I am a little bit afraid as my Bachelor was Finance, so weak at programmings.
But I am currently on a graduate Visa in the UK, and didn't have a good result for a year. Going to Ireland would extend my chance to work there or potentially come back to London.
I am also interested in Energy and I think the Energy MSc would expand my career to energy companies well. Commodities and energy trading would be exciting.

I want to work in an IB or on the buy-side eventually.

And want to learn something specific that I can learn only at the uni
Would getting a degree in Energy,Trade and Finance would make me stand out in the finance industry?
or a Quantitative Finance?

Thanks in advance.
