RAU vs HARPER vs Nottingham

Hi,

I’m currently about to go into my second year of A-levels, studying bio, chem and maths. I’m looking to study an agriculture focused degree with RAU, harper and Nottingham being my top choices.

What are peoples thoughts on these unis? I’ve heard RAU is very posh and full of rich people. I’m from an agricultural background, however am by no means rich, I’m not going to inherit an estate or anything? Is this preconception correct or is there plenty of “normal” people at RAU too?

For Nottingham, I can see the agriculture courses are based on the Sutton Bonington campus, I really don’t like cities and prefer a more rural, close smaller atmosphere, so is notts going to be very city based?

What are peoples opinions on the graduate employment of these unis and their reputation for agriculture?
