AS maths at year 13

I want to take physics, but havent taken A-level maths mistakenly. I have the option to take the AS at year 13, but would it even benefit me for an application at all?
If not, I do not mind taking a foundation year.

There are tons of foundation courses that will allow you on the course if you didn't take one of the subjects. If you can compile a list of universities you might want to go to, or a specific group of unis (e.g. 1994 group, RG, Oxbridge (if you're particular)) then you can check the entry requirements to see what they require. Some universities might let you onto the course if you took it as an AS or got a certain grade at GCSE. It is really dependent on where you want to go, if the unis you want to apply for don't mind then you don't need to take the AS but it could help better your understanding for the maths aspect of physics.
