I don't think so
Sorry this reply is late but more and more universities are accepting them into their undergraduate programmes (just not the top) and while yes they are designed to be more vocational than a levels they are equivalent to three a levels and I know alot of students who did t levels have gone on to uni or degree apprenticeships also they are designed for students who have already decided what they wanted to do in the future
