Are you looking for help with what kind of course to select for this sort of idea or organisations that can help you build something like that?

If it's the former, it would depend on whether you want to take a scientific or practical building approach.

If the latter, you could look at working with your local FabLab, which will give you access to 3D printing technology and support at an affordable price point to test prototypes.
