Applying for Oxford with a UAL Level 3 diploma

I am applying for Oxford and currently take a UAL Level 3 Extended diploma alongside an A-level.
Within the entry requirements, Oxford explains how if taking a diploma (UAL/BTEC) you should discuss within your personal statement how this prepares you for your course + Oxford university study.

My question is what exactly should I discuss? I'm struggling to find PS examples which have a level 3 diploma and I'm not sure exactly what I need to write about, does anybody have experience with this and could help please?

Thank you!
I assume that you are applying for Fine Art?
If so then talking about your current studies and emphasising work you’ve done for your extended diploma that includes art theory and art history as well as practical creative work would seem most appropriate.

Hi I’m currently in a similar position but was wondering how you took an A level alongside your course? Also I hope you don’t mind me asking but were you successful in your application?

Hi, as someone doing a BTEC looking to apply to Oxford too, I have search the internet looking for any evidence this is possible lol. He got rejected unfortunately, if you look in his post history in 'my stats', it's the first one to come up. I'm self studying my A levels along side the BTEC I'm doing, fyi I'm doing and Maths and Further Maths which are probably the subjects with the most self study resources out there. You could apply to do a fast track course if that's available in the subject your interested in at your college/sixth form. Good luck!
