after resits

if you do well on the 24/25 resits dose that mean you will have to wait till 25/26 to actually go into a uni if there is no courses in clearing that you like.

I don't think so, but need more details.
Are you suggesting to resit some subjects next year?
You could then just reapply through UCAS like you did last time so you can put 5 new choices, get a firm uni and insurance uni and go through that like normal. This would mean that you'd start uni the end of 2025 (sept) like normal I believe.
For clearing, you could just resit and then apply directly through clearing when it opens
