What Tarrif point should you have to not get auto rejected for jobs

Just entering econ for uni and I’ve seen some people talk about jobs after they graduate and that they have been auto rejected by filters for tarrif points and was wondering if 120 is too low to be rejected

This isn't a real thing to be concerned about for many reasons. First, very few companies actually do this and those that do usually have a human checking process as well. Second, there's nothing you can do about the situation for those few that do, because resitting doesn't change the issue. Third, everyone knows the last 3 years of results have been aberrations and aren't indicative of ability. Fourth, in three years recruitment systems and processes can change a lot.
what they said ^

AI is moving in to this space a lot esp for larger employers, in theory things should get better than the older approachs of hard filters being applied by junior HR people - eg rejecting applications that have grades lower than something arbitrary, a lack certain key words, no experience etc etc.

Also, roughly 50% of graduate jobs are with big employers who have professional HR departments and lots of rules. The other jobs tend to be with smaller companies who recruit less frequently and are often way more interested in the person, their attitude and their ability to multi task (because small orgs often need you to do more than 1 job)
