Looking for a new tenant to takeover accommodation contract

Hi! If you are still looking for a place that allows independence and is relatively close to the heart of Reading and convenient to get to the University of Reading, then I have an offer that allows you to skip the waiting list!
I am looking for a suitable tenant to take over my contract with Homes for Students Crown House (10 Crown House, RG1 2SE), no rent instalments have been paid yet and has not been moved into.

- Located above a Tesco Express which is convenient for last minute shopping
- Is approximately located half way between Whiteknights campus and Reading high street

Rent on a weekly basis from this contract is £252 per week (£11,340 total), where you're allowed to move in starting from the 16th September 2023, tenancy ending on the 27th July 2024.
