Do I require Higher Chemistry to make it into medicine?

I'm in s5 and last year during my exams, I deferred my biology and chemistry due to ill health due to that I had to still do my national 5 for both to then go on to higher. My school doesn't have enough people to form a national 5 chemistry class but I am in a national 5 biology class. What advice can you give in order to do national 5 chemistry or whether I can do medicine without it. Thanks

You definitely need all three sciences to do Medicine (at minimum higher level).

But physics and chemistry are something you don't have to do at advanced higher level when the time comes.
