What can I use to keep up with degree relevant events near me?

What online communities/resources are there that allow me to keep up to date with IRL degree relevant events (I do biomedical science fyi)?

There are some good recorded lectures on the Gresham College website, but they date back a while so like super current stuff may require signing up to a lecture for the future! You can just search for specific topics that interest you, I found it when looking for supercurriculars for uni.

I'm starting Biological Sciences this year so would also like to see what other people have to say haha

Sorry, I'm not sure if I replied to your post correctly the first haha, I don't tend to post on TSR, I just looked at forums and I also forgot to mention science magazines and journals which you can find online and info on the NHS website! Hope any of this helps

thanks but I meant resources for keeping up with events like conferences, taster sessions etc. for biomedical science rather than actual degree related content.

Sorry, I probably didn't explain myself properly, Gresham College isn't a place you can get degrees from or anything, they literally just host public lectures on literally any topic so it's not degree related at all to my knowledge. Chris Whitty, the chief medical officer for England, has done loads of epidemiology related ones and stuff like that, that's why I think it could be good for biomedical sciences, including a lot about COVID. Sorry I didn't make that clearer!
