a few ideas:

-your own/your family and friends/ your generations experience with mental health (including some personal detail can be very powerful)

-maybe a story you have heard about mental health that resonated with you

-strong openers and impactful short sentences can make a speech really powerful

-maybe talk about the way mental health can be so overlooked or the way it’s perceived on social media or by the older generation
