What happens if my parcel gets lost?
I sent a parcel and it hasnt arrived on time and when i track it, nothing really shows up.what can i do?
Contact the company that is working with the parcels and give them all the details.

Royal mail, i filled a form and told them the problem. They said they will get back to me whithin 3 days
