I plan to do economics, physics, chemistry and maths for A level. However, I got a 5 in business, which is weird as I was predicted an 8. Should I appeal, because I thought I did better?

Congratulations on your awesome results!
It is worth appealing since you're not really missing out on anything with whatever happens to your grade tbh. Those are great A level choices, though personally I would have swapped out Econ with English Lit for the sake of variety and because eng lit is great for uni.
