It was about 4 degrees for me, had to put on 2 pairs as I dont have any thick pairs on me

Yes, they feel fine.
Very warm and not much different from knee high socks.
It's very important to buy woolen tight at least one size larger than usual because they often shrink a lot in the dryer or after a hot wash.
Where can I find sexy woolen tights? And by the way, thanks for the advice on sizing!
