If I were to aim for medicine but I didn't achieve it, Can I aim for Law?

hmm , this is interesting law is a good option but if you were very interested in the medical/science field in the first place and not just being a doctor you could always look at other options too like biochemistry , nursing etc

law is very nice career option too
