3 tenants but landlord has only provided 2 sets of keys/fob
Hi, I am about to move into a new flat with 2 friends and all 3 of us are named on the tenancy agreement. However the landlord/housing agency are only providing us with 2 sets of keys/fob to access the building. We are not keen to pay to make a 3rd key and we do not know how we would get a 3rd key fob made.Does anyone know if there is a requirement to provide each tenant with a set of keys?Thank you.
Might be wrong but I think the landlord is responsible for providing "all available keys," meaning that if there are only 2 sets that is what is available.
