Student Bank Account

Hi there, I was wondering what student bank accounts seem the best for someone doing a 4 year course and studying abroad? I was also mainly wondering about what a good ISA would be?

Choose a student account based on what level of overdraft you think you will need and then by the incentive that appeals to you (essentially a free railcard or cash). The best deals are detailed on the MSE website:

When the time comes for you study abroad, you will need to check the fees your student bank will charge for overseas purchases and cash withdrawals. Then you might prefer to apply for a specialist card or account where you get good exchange rates and low/no fees for your spell abroad. Again, the MSE website is regularly updated with the best deals:

At the moment, the interest rates for regular savings accounts are beating those for ISAs. Is there a particular reason you want an ISA at this stage or are you considering a Lifetime ISA? If you don't have any income apart from your student loan, then a savings account might be better:
