Computer Science At University

I want to do computer science at university for undergraduate, and then possibly do something more specific at Masters.
If I choose to apply for Masters with Undergraduate.
Can I choose to do something specific for my masters instead of general computer science, for example AI or software engineering?

You can pick something more niched/specific at master's level. It's generally what happens when you want to specialise in an area of research at master's level. You in turn pick something very specific for your doctorate (if you decide to do one). If you on the other hand specialise in your bachelor's i.e. specialise too early, you are sometimes limited on what you can do later on.

Having said that, AI at master's level tend not to require undergrads in specific subjects.
MSc in software engineering requires an undergrad with programming content, which can be CS as well as engineering and possibly physics, maths.

Do note, you also have the option of changing to another discipline for your master's should the master's allow you to do it with an undergrad in a different discipline e.g. nursing, anthropology, linguistics, management, etc.
