Sleep, diet, etc

My sleep is atrocious and I've tried methods myself (meditation, sleeping earlier. Sleep hygiene, sleep pills, taking my iron tablets for anaemia)..the one thing I probably do need help with is my diet.

I cannot do this without some sort of help from a specialist. I am really struggling to put a plan into place. I am lucky I am living at home, but I really need to start cooking my own healthy meals (I am also currently waiting on being paid from my new job to buy things). Even with the food I do have at home I am so tired i don't even want to cook. I can't cope with doing things after work. All I want and need is sleep.

I dont have enough money to pay for someone to help me (a specialist)..what can I do? I really need some help.
try taking a day off for exercise then have a little rest

What's is stopping you from sleeping? If your not comfortable answering then you don't have to have answer, just respond it is personal.

Broken sleep. I don't know why. Varies daily. My FitBit tells me how much sleep and quality I get each day.

i guess put your distractions away. if its your phone then keep that away and use an alarm. probably not the best help but im guessing your sleep is broken due to distractions
