i mean the best ones would probably be linklaters and allen and overy since they're magic circle firms. they're very well known and they do some pretty big work. if you go onto this website : https://citycentury.co.uk/member-firms , it has all the firms that are offering solicitor apprenticeship. most of them are offering this year but some are starting from next year. you can also use legal cheek and legal 500 to get more of an insight into the sort of work firms do and what the people who work there think of the firm. you'll want to try visit the firms when the opportunity arises. you could also chat with some trainees who work at the firms you're at on linkedin
