2024 Accom help

Was just wondering how accom is meant to work for people who are applying for uni now so tehey begin in september 2024. My friends and i plan to rent together so we can split the weekly rent because its considerably lower than uni accom (about a £60 differece) but i was just wondering when should i begin contacting and looking for landlords and homes to live? It's about 9 months from now and people usually come to agreements months before moving into a home so if im not sure on whether ill be accepted to that specific uni, what am i meant to do?

Hi i'm transferring my tenancy of an ensuite room in scape canalside, mile end which is inside of queen mary campus and walking distance to mile end underground station. This flat gives you plenty of space and comes equipped with a bed, study area, lots of storage and an en suite shower room. You'll have your sharing kitchenette with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and breakfast bar dining area, and the use of onsite facilities including the gym, lounge and study spaces for the rent of £370/week

I’ve deferred my place at SOAS to next year. Does anyonewant to take over my tenancy starting Sept 10th 2024- 21stJune 2025 at Camden Stayclub opposite Camden Market?3rd floor Studio Plus (own kitchen and shower room). 2double beds. £419 a week. I’ve already paid the deposit soyou don’t have to pay that, which makes it £409 a week.You can contact stay club and tell them you want room 236and it will be deposit already paid.
