Cyberstart L8C4 Moon Base

Hey, I've been working on a program for level 8 challenge 4 of moon base for cyberstart, but I can't get it to work. I even made a json of every paragraph, sentence, and word to try and solve this but I still get index out of bounds errors. Does anybody have any tips on this?
