What do you mean by 'travelling nurse'?

You will as a minimum need to complete a nursing degree and the appropriate training hours in hospital to accompany that. You can specialise after that, and apply to join the district nurses etc.
Hi there!

As mentioned, you will need the base level requirement of a nursing degree. If you meant travelling nurse as in a district nurse, you would need to apply for those roles and complete the required specialised training (some places allow you to train on the job, others prefer you do this prior)

If you meant geographically, as in to different countries, or different cities, this can depend.
Cities - You'd need to apply for agency nursing, and enquire the ins and outs of that, as not all agencies are the same
Countries - You'd need to look into the requirements for whichever country you wish to move to, so for example, the US require you to do a NCLEX exam as a minimum, and for places like Australia, you need to do the AHPRA certification. Each country varies, and it is advisable that you look into the requirements

How do I become a travel nurse UK? Presume you are doing this in UK...

There are no specific courses designed at becoming a travel nurse, and a degree in nursing is generally the only requirement. However, some employers do require at least a year of experience working in a hospital setting, in the area of nursing the candidate wants to work in.

Best advice for you is to go and get yourself into a nursing degree course at university and graduate in three years time and then work on a host ward for at least a year and then follow your dreams in becoming a travel nurse.
