I opened a bank account in hsbc about five days ago, but I got my pin number first before getting my debit card. Is it normal or what should I do?
Banks always send cards and their PIN in seperate envelopes. This is for security reasons.
It's likely your card will appear in the next day or two.
If it hasn't arrived in a week's time, then contact your bank; it may have been lost in the post.
Yea they arrive separate.
