A level psychology help

When evaluating a study and looking at the sample, does it fit more with generalizability, internal validity, or external validity?

Internal because a varied sample size makes sure that any individual differences don't skew the results.

External because it's about whether the study's findings are applicable to those not part of the original sample.

Generalisability because it's about the sample- but my teacher said that having a diverse sample doesn't always mean high generalisability - I'm not sure why that is though

Can anyone please help?

I guess it is up to the specifics of the study you're analysing. Personally I would always evaluate the generalisability instead of the other two.
