spotty/lumpy down there

So to cut to the chase, you know the skin/lips of your vag, is it normal for it to have some bumps/spots? They're not massive, they dont hurt/itch, they dont change shape, you cant pop them bc their too small. I was just wondering if its normal bc i've had it all my life. Basically it's not smooth. No i have not had sex or had anything remotely close. sorry if this sounds dumb

yeah but it's just a trim around the edges, not on the actual skin bits u know? so idk i dont think its from that
