i was applying my graduate visa and by mistake i put my old ihs refrence number and i didnt pay my ihs i thought they will send me link on behalf of old refrence number and i submitted my application and got appointment for biometrics and talked with home office they said you need to attach cover letter .so could you please someone suggest me how to write letter and what is format for it.
