TOPCAT in History

my teacher uses the acronym TOPCAT to help with answering history exam questions. although, i haven't found anything about it online. is it only my teacher that does it?
i think it stands for Type, Origin, Purpose, Comprehension, Accuracy, and i think Time or maybe Theme?
i also can't remember which question it is made to answer

My teacher teaches TOPCAT too! For us it’s Type, Origin, Purpose, Comprehension, Accuracy, Typical. It’s used to answer question 3A on Paper 3, Weimar and Nazi Germany 😊😊
