Help !!!! Ai coursework for a level history

I'm doing my A level history coursework on why the cold war ended, and of course i've used chat gpt for half of it.
I've done my best to change and paraphrase sentences myself, remove any words that were repeated and replaced them with synonyms etc.
Is that enough to not get it detected by exam boards??
ive also run it through multiple AI detectors and edited it to its best fit.
it doesnt sound like its written by AI, but will it still get detected?
We're handing them in soon, like April and im PANICKING!!

The first thing is to not panic. If AI detectors can't detect it then probably it's safe.
