EO Work Coach East Anglia / General Reserve List Experiences

I got my update yesterday that I passed the interview stage 🎉 but with a score of 25 so can only be offered reserve list .. Any other feedback from my region? Will I get a spot do you think?

It's very possible. People may drop out of the running or choose other employment opportunities. I've been reserve list for a CivService post in the past and got an offer. Turned it down as another dept had poached me the week before but it happened.

Also, whatever happens, they should give you feedback as you interviewed. So if you don't get the role, you ca still use the feedback as LfE to improve yourself for whatever you apply for next.

Also also, don't be disheartened if you don't get an offer. It's early career days and you will have other options and chances out there to find :smile:
