How to get A* in English lit A level

I got an A for English literature my AS last year, and this year I'm aiming for an A* in my A2. What do I need to do to go from an A to A*? Does anyone have tips and advice?

When I went to a B to an A*, I focused on doing more analysis and quotes, as well as improving my style to be more academic. Does your teacher make you via AOs? (so you can see what you’re struggling on) The best advice I can give is to read as many exemplar essays as possible. Good luck!
