The club is Environmental Justice Club. I possibly want to get into a university specifically NYU or Colombia maybe or UW
I don't work in American college admissions but in the UK when I am considering x-curriculars, I give them much less weight if they are one-off events or limited time periods.
I don't think there's any harm in listing it regardless, it'll just get discounted if they don't think it's sufficient.
