Compare the modules and optional modules for all years of the course - which do you find most interesting/appealing? Which courses offer a placement year - the experience will add a lot to your graduate CV. Then consider location, accommodation, living costs, etc. Edinburgh and Manchester suffer from a lack of accommodation for students.

As above, course, and what you are interested in should be the biggest driver, but also the size/environment of that Uni (big/small, city/campus) and where you will feel most comfortable. Check out the campus tour films on YouTube if you haven't been able to go to Open Days etc.

For Business, its important to have a placement opportunity. This will add enormously to your graduate CV and immediate job chances, and adds 'context' to your studies. Look at what each Uni is offering - and the sort of companies their students go to. If its worth showing off about, there will be info about this on the course pages.
