Cambridge super circular suggestions for English???

Hi Everyone..I am an international student from Canada looking to apply to Cambridge for English. I understand that the university doesn't look at extracurriculars but super circular stuff. I wonder if anyone could give me some advice on some things I could do...maybe particular books or articles or authors, podcasts or plays I should watch that would count for super circular activities that I could possibly talk about in PS when I apply?
