BAE degree apprenticeship

Hi guys,
I've applied to BAE's cyber security degree apprenticeship and have been given the video assessment to take. Has anyone done these in the past (either for BAE and any degree apprenticeship), any tips?

Just be yourself, research a bit about what they do and make sure you have past experiences to talk about.
