8 mark exam q help
A supermarket is reducing the number of checkout operators in favour of self-service checkout terminals. Explain the impact for the customer, company and workers. [8]
I have some exam Qs as homework and one of them is the 8 mark question above. We haven't learnt how to structure an 8 mark Q because we can barely even get through the content nevermind exam technique and also these exam questions are about ethical, environmental and legal issues but I don't really see how this links to that. Can someone help me with the structure of an 8 mark and also some brief bullet points of things to include in the answer.
