a-level psychology

Hi, I'm currently revising evaluation points for a specific topic and I was wondering if anyone who's done a-level psych previously, knows whether a strength point with a counterpoint counts as 2 separate evaluations. so for example, in a 16 marker, where you get 10 marks for evaluation, could I gain 3 separate marks each for a point with a counterpoint or would i have to remember 2 more evaluations.

As long as you fully explain the counter with the PEEl strucutre it counts as a weakness so yes should be fine
