Who did you play in the school nativity?

Poll

Who did you play in the school nativity?

Many infants and juniors around the UK will be rehearsing for their school's nativity. An annual tradition in many Christian-leaning primary schools, which character did you play?

Did your school do a non-conventional Christmas show?

I was the inn-keeper's wife like two nativities in a row, oddly enough had more lines than the inn keeper himself.

Suggesting you were better with your lines than your dear husband :pierre:
I don't even remember but I think I was a narrator or some non-acting role :colondollar: too much stage fright!
I was King Herod :colone:
Usually the donkey or a manger cow.
Once ended up as the camel carrying the gifts from the 3 kings.
I feel like I relive this experience in this thread every year, but I played...a horse. My one line was 'neigh'

In Reception, I was the innkeeper's wife but I was so terrible at it (plus they thought I had a nice speaking voice/read well) that all the subsequent years I was narrator

Someone's got to explain to all the parents what exactly is occurring.
First lobster - Love Actually

Anyone else reminded of this glorious moment in Love Actually?
I actually have played all three of the wise men! Turns out I had a real talent for giving out gifts at a young age :cute:
