Dwp eo interview

Hey I'm looking for some advice on the interview please. This is my second time ill be going through this and really want to get it right. I've been self employed for 11yrs so I feel I'm maybe lacking in areas as I don't really need to tend with such behaviours. Can anyone give me some pointers or sites I can go to to gather as much info as possible please

Hey not sure if you have done your interview yet. You can look up civil service interview on YouTube.
Have 2 scenarios for each behaviour (communicating and influencing, managing a quality service and making a decision) just think of ways you have interacted with your clients in your business or how you have gone the extra mile to ensure they get great service and think of any difficult decisions you have had to make
